Our fees depend on the type of property we are looking for, but everything is specified in the proposal we hand out after our first meeting. The price is a fixed fee, plus a percentage of the amount we manage to discount from the property's original price. This way we ensure our incentives are aligned with achieving the best buying condiitons for the buyer.

Can you help before I arrive in Spain?

Yes, we can arrange meetings to advance the process even though you are not phisically in Spain.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, we offer remote help for international buyers, influcind arranging in-person meetings to view listings from abroad.
